Our Films - Introduction

Set in the backdrop of the magnificent city of New Delhi , Gattu is a story of faith and confidence paired with friendship. Bhura, a twelve-year-old boy elopes from his hometown and comes to Delhi .

The adventures in the city take him through to the four walls of the jail to begging and stealing and ultimately to the charms of friendship. Bhura meets Gattu, a homeless, penniless and voiceless boy and the friendship flourishes.
The duo eventually land up working in a restaurant and the owner exhibits pride as the restaurant booms to an all time high.

Gattu's innocent and peculiarly funny acts imitating Bhura's actions attracts more tourists and customers and life never seemed to be more happy until on one unfortunate day Bhura is entrapped in his own misdeed.

Ultimately, friendship comes to the rescue and Bhura realizes that there is more to Gattu than he had ever known…
